THE TABLE OF THE KING
(Psalm 34)

Taste and see that the Lord is good,
The Bible tells us that we should;
He offers a banquet to one and all
For those who are willing to answer His call.

A table in heaven He has prepared
The likes of which can’t be compared;
It’s there you’ll be forever filled
It’s what the Father has always willed.

Those who seek Him lack no good thing
He’ll hold you close beneath His wing;
He’ll deliver you from all your fears,
In heaven there will be no tears;

If you seek the Lord, He will answer you
And His inheritance you’ll accrue;
You’ll be part of a gathering,
Seated at the table of the King.
