The Three C’s

In order to see the kingdom of God
There are three things to do;
Confession is first on the list,
Admitting what’s wrong with you.

Contrition is next and you must know
It’s all about your heart;
Feeling the sorrow your sin has caused,
Placing you and God apart.

The final step is hardest of all,
Your life you must rearrange;
You have to turn away from your sin,
That final step is change.
